Over Pranav’s two decades as a global thought leader in the hospitality industry, he has negotiated over $3.2 billion in hospitality transactions including asset acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, debt and equity financings, and new development projects (both ground up and conversion). Pranav’s specific expertise includes sourcing off-market opportunities leveraging big data, deep-rooted relationships, and due diligence. Pranav spent his early career as a Senior Advisor to the Trump Organization in their expansion into South Asia, an Advisor to multiple family offices in India, Singapore, and Africa aiming to grow hospitality exposure, and was a Vice President with Molinaro Koger. Pranav holds a Bachelor's Degree from University of California at Berkeley and an MBA focused on Hospitality from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne in Europe.
