Having worked his way up to Managing Director of several boutique hotels in London, Mark has ground-up experience in operating hotels and F&B . With entrepreneurial skills and insight, Mark elevated the hotel enterprise values and drove capital growth, enabling a strong financial exit for partners. Mark relocated to the US in 2000, and focused on Private Equity and Commercial Real Estate. Mark founded Capital Core Partners specializing in off market commercial assets, as well as a specialized boutique hospitality brokerage and consultancy firm, Prime Commercial Consulting Group. Mark has nearly 20 years of hospitality service experience. Since 2000, Mark has successfully transacted in excess of $750 million in hotel and commercial assets.
